Sequoia As Minimum Version Requirement

Would it be possible to change the minimum OS requirement to macOS Sequoia by disabling access to the model foundations API when macOS15 is detected? This would open the app up to more users who haven't upgraded to Sequoia yet due to VoiceOver issues.
