Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go in-game
2. Run the /bank command
3. Go on Standing Orders
4. Try creating a standing order (make sure you have balance for it).
5. The plugin will reply with "You need at least XX to create a new Standing Order" when you do have such balance.

Expected behaviour
The plugin should have allowed me to set up a new standing order.

Hey, thanks for your bug report.
The issue is, you think you have to pay the fee.

The fee will be taken from the bank account itself.
If your Bank Account has enough balance, it should work.
