[BUG] Extra newline while logging in VSCode Jupyter Notebook

Describe the bug

Hi! First, thanks for developing rich, it's been a big quality of life improvement for me!

When doing consecutive Console.log()s in jupyter notebook cell, it adds some weird newlines. Also, near each new log there's a Change presentation button (</> left to the cell). Using consecutive prints doen't show such behaviour.

Hi @lainisourgod, in case you haven't yet figured it out, here's a workaround I use: (It's not ideal, but gets the job done)

console = Console(force_jupyter=False)
