Config file name doesn't match mod name.

I see that this is a continuation of DropOff, and I assume that's why the config file is still named as such. I almost posted an issue that I had no config file before I saw the DropOff name up top of the GitHub page.

Not super critical, but definitely a bit of an annoyance with the absence of the 'mod options' GUI in current Forge iterations.

only reason it's even different is because cf is dumb and won't approve it otherwise, this happens a bunch with abandoned projects.
