/chat/completions requests not working

Hi, I am running the project with Docker, I have verified mly OpenAi keys but unfortunatly it is not working.

This connection error typically indicates an issue with your network connection or with OpenAI's servers, or potentially with your API key or usage limits, if your OpenAI keys are valid and the usage limits are not close to exhausting you can re-clone the repository and run it again by building through Docker again.
