Missing reference files required for EVscope pipeline

Dear authors of EVscope,

thank you very much for making this pipeline available.

I am currently trying to set up EVscope to try to apply on my RNAseq EV data.
the installation of the conda environments and the software tools work correctly, but I am unable to locate the required reference files listed in the documentation. the release is empty. I could download from the we the genome fasta file but many annotations are not available in any linked source and cannot be found on Zenodo or GENCODE.

could you please kindly provide a download link for all required reference files or a script with detailed instruction to generate these references as required by EVscope?

this would be extremely helpful for reproducing your pipeline. thank you so much for addressing many issue of EVRNA-seq with your pipeline. I hope to be ablo to use it soon.
