VitaShell is stuck on 0 % installing for VPKs and Folders

Any VPK or folder that I try to install is always stuck on 0 %,I can press cancel but nothing happens.The microSD card is brand new,and it's an authentic Kingston microSDXC Canvas Select Plus 128 GBs,and I can perfectly install things from PKGj and VitaDB,but not in VitaShell.I tried reinstalling it,uninstalling it,trying to open VitaShell from VitaDeploy,rebuilding the database,but NOTHING is working.

I wouldn't have said fix your shit if it wasn't for something that I personally experienced with the developer,but I won't bring drama in here.
