Make it part of Microsoft Powertoys so it can replace 'Image Resizer'

The objective and premise of this multi-media filetype conversion tool is so fundamental and essential that I feel it should be made part of the Microsoft Powertoys to enhance/replace that very basic Image Resizer tool.
Did it ever cross your mind?
