Add Č++ support

Unfortunately the library I used isn't ported to C++ yet, so the Czech accessibility is limited. Hopefully a C++ version can ship within a year.

I guess we can say the project now has an active user. There is no going back now.

It'd be nice if we could translate preprocessor directives as well... gčč / člang (I mean čjaz?) anyone?

After Č++ we can also extend to krajta č-ostrý or rez 🙂
