Suggestion: Blacklisting of Vehicles #491

Greetings,
I am not really sure where even to go for suggestions to vMenu but an addition of blacklisting vehicles would be amazing. If someone just simply helps provide some of the code and where to put it, I would absolutely love that. Not sure how to do it exactly and where to put it.
Looking for a concept of having a "blacklist.json" file like the addons and locations and stuff for the config already there. Then when you add vehicle spawn names it blacklists them. For example, if I added "lspd4" to the list, then when someone goes to spawn the vehicle by name, it tells them its blacklisted from vMenu or something of the sort.
Any help with this or where to request help best I would appreciate it greatly.
