File input prompt wording for TreeScaper-CRA tool

Minor suggestion, it might be good to change the wording of the file input prompt on the TreeScaper-CRA page to something other than "Collection of PHYLIP files". PHYLIP is just one of the many file formats that IQTree can accept, and the way it's set up now might make the user think that PHYLIP is the only format they can use. Something more general like "Collection of Sequence Alignments" might be better

That makes sense. The tool is definitely set up to allow really any tool available on the CRA to be used. This change is available on beta_testing and master: #12.

As I typed this, I realize some of the other labeling may be either wrong or too specific, e.g. the output labeled "Bootstrap trees". I'll do a review of all of the phrasing in the tool's interface.
