Documentation on how to change the model?

Here it looks like we can change the model, but there are no docs on how to do this at the command line. We should add this:

• By following the Installation and Usage, you should obtain similar output as below

• For details, you can always refer to the official doc in readthedocs or refer to fixml evaluate --help

2. For the variety of model available with the existing fixml code

• It currently only support GPT models due to the use of ChatOpenAI function in Langchain

• It may require some code changes, e.g. switch to ChatOllama to use Ollama. Please refer to Langchain official documentation
• For the name of GPT models available for usage, please refer to OpenAI official documentation
