Add employee name to RT correspondence #112

When writing RT correspondence, it isn't always clear who this refers to email notification refers to because it doesn't appear to be treated like a reply .

  • Add employee name to the body.
  • Add link to RT ticket
  • Add link to onboarding/separation request

Keycloak deletion

right now it says this:

Subject: [Lib Help #12345] Employee Access Was Removed
This employee was removed from the UC Davis Library Identity and Access Management System.
