What is the issue and how can we reproduce it?

1. Open the sample codepen https://codepen.io/Pascal-Evertz/pen/bNgJdjJ
2. Issue: The rows have scroll/overflow. This happens, when using showSubintervals and intervalHeaders.
3. Comment in line 31-33 in the sample to apply the quickfix.
