Use of the deprecated `IAspect`

Thanks for the package and the samples.

Just wanted to point out something that has discouraged me from adopting this package and the samples in my project, though I'll be stating the obvious.

Aspects in DOTS are now deprecated, but this package makes use of them in its core, e.g. to implement updates on the kinematic character.
