Pin/Unpin tool revamp

It'd be great to pin one control and it can independently move without affecting any other controls. Pin/unpin children is currently a little confusing to know what's being affected and what's not. For example, if I pin the root, there are still other controls that move because the pin/unpin only affects skeleton children.
