Describe the bug
Download and install the Apple version. After starting the software, it keeps giving the following prompt:“The backend is starting or waiting to start.Please wait while we attempt to connect...”

To help us investigate why the backend isn't connecting, could you please provide the following information?

1. Logs: Please upload the Valuecell.log and backend.log files located in this directory:
   ~/Library/Logs/com.valuecell.valuecellapp
2. Network: Please check your system network configuration (e.g., VPNs or proxies) to ensure nothing is blocking the local connection.
