Stucked on Loader

Describe the bug
Stucked on loader for the first time after refresh it works fine

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. in react router when user log in preloader loads then main app
2. it will remain stucked until we refresh the page
3. then it will work fine on every refresh

Having the same issue. On refresh its fading away otherwise its stuck there.

We experience the same - even on the preloader examples page (https://vamosgs.github.io/react-preloaders/) the preloader disappear just sometimes (after several reloads). But when throttling the network (via the dev console) it happens never.
Really weired ...
