Protein Visualization Display for Non-Mapped Scores #610
Description
When displaying the protein visualization, we show the entire protein domain even though some score sets only have data on some exons. We should take care that data displayed on the protein visualizer is always shown with positions relative to the transcript of the displayed protein domain.
In simpler terms: We should take care to always use the post_mapped_hgvs_p property when showing the protein visualizer and showing the visualizer with a heatmap of raw data is potentially misleading.
