Feature Request: Make it possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to change the language of already printed and selected text

TLDR

Make it possible to change the language/layout for already typed text

User story / scenario

1. I typed "ghbdtn"
2. I selected my text
3. I press some keyboard shortcut, lets say Opt + Shift
4. "ghbdtn" changed to "привет"

References

Kind of the same functionality presented in Punto switcher. But punto switcher also does it automatically, which I don't need. And it is whole different product, which I would like to try to avoid to use, that's why I am using CommandShift.
