[AC/1.8] Grim flags BadPacketsU when using 1.21.11 -> 1.8.x

Bug Description

Grim flags BadPacketsU when using 1.21.11 -> 1.8.x

Logs also show

com.viaversion.viaversion.exception.CancelException$1: This packet is supposed to be cancelled; If you have debug enabled, you can ignore these

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join anticheat-test.com, with 1.8.x as the selected server version
2. Type /ac grim to load Grim
3. Type /i and click stone blocks in the menu
4. Attempt to place the blocks, but aim into the air (blocks have nowhere to place)

Expected Behavior

Nothing should happen when right clicking to place blocks when there is no destination

It still is @lowercasebtw and this might be an actual regression I introduced

I cherry picked 8606438 (specifically MixinEntityTrackerBase) which fixed the issue
