Customize healthchecks when mTLS is enabled

Todo:

• If /healthz is available its safe to use it for all setups
• If this enhancement is rejected, we should read extraArgs, look for tls option enabled and customize healthchecks accordingly (run the command from the pod so that necessary SSL certs are already mounted?)
