Observability with AgentOps and LangFuse

1. Install the requirements with the below command

   pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Create .env file from the template .env.template

   cp .env.template .env

3. Edit the .env file and OAI_CONFIG_LIST files and then add the credentials.
