Could you please let me know which version of DeepRepeat supports Guppy for basecalling？

When I use Albacore to base call my own data, it can cause issues with the kit and flow_cell . I want to know if Guppy can already be used to perform basecalling?

Currently Guppy is not supported. However, since people are switching to v14 chemistry and R10 flowcell now, Guppy basecalling works better than before, so you may want to just use RepeatHMM and NanoRepeat instead and see what you get.
