build(deps): Bump minimatch and del in /test (#1557)

Removes [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [del](https://github.com/sindresorhus/del). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `minimatch`

Updates `del` from 7.0.0 to 8.0.1
