Request: Add @types/ws as dependencies instead of devDependencie

@types/ws is a devDependency. It should be a dependency.

That's because its types are exported by gateway-addon.

In the project wot-adapter, I have to add @types/ws as a dependency, even though it is not a direct dependency for TypeScript to build the project.

Just FYI the README for gateway-addon-node says "This should NEVER be included as an add-on dependency, as that will cause breakages across gateway versions. The gateway will provide this dependency for every add-on. This package only exists to facilitate building the gateway itself."

Out of curiosity what happens if you remove that dependency from the add-on?
