Proposed new meeting schedule

In an attempt to ensure that meetings are more productive overall -- and that we have more structured discussions, I'd like to propose that we move the meetings to one friday per month rather than every other week, and that we schedule a two hour block instead of a single hour.

The expectation is that the chairs (currently myself and @ctcpip) will drive assembling the agenda at least one week in advance of the meeting.

Currently yes, but I think we should discuss if the time works.

Coming out of our recent meeting, a highlight of the next steps

1. Move the meeting to once a month (same time)
2. From there, we can poll our group to see if a better day / time works better overall (using when2meet, timeful, etc)

From there, and based on participation, we could also see if a longer meeting duration is valuable
