Settings for WOB not saving

So after closing down this last night, and turning of my computer, when 
I launched WoW.bat this morning it just stacked 5 windows on the main screen, so 
I opened "OpenMultiBoxing-v4.6.8.exe" and ALL settings had been reset

any way to fix this?

Noted I just started using this Software last night, but i did try googling and didnt find anything about this.
