Live video Streaming delay issue in Android and iOS ( 10 sec and above)

Hi Team,

While testing I observed a streaming delay of almost 10 secs and above. Can you please tell me how to reduce the delay time in live video streaming?. I have faced this issue when we used trail and paid subscription as well.
