Doesn't Show 120 FPS

I'm on release v1.3.3 and my moonlight doesn't show 120 fps option, i saw that this settings are already been added early.

It was added only for supported devices (like iPhone), Switch does not support more than 60 FPS output not for built-in screen, not for external output, so there is no reason to enable it for Switch

I know switch have a 60hz screen but high FPS in moolight cut the latency.
The idea is that by running the game at a higher frame rate (e.g., 120 FPS), even if only 60 frames are displayed, the encoder receives frames sooner. This effectively lowers input-to-encode latency because half the frames can be discarded or skipped, but the pipeline benefits from the faster frame delivery. It’s less about the display refresh and more about improving responsiveness during streaming.

I use this in my Android Moonlight and Fire TV Moonlight, helps a lot, you can try for yourself and maybe reconsider?

I doubt the switch can handle it, but I'll try to implement this sometime in the next couple of days in my fork and send you the nro to test it. I wouldn't get your hopes up for this actually helping on 1080p but it might work at 720 and I'm relatively sure it will work at 480.

I just tried it and it certainly feels like less input lag. I didn't actually realize that the in-between frames would be discarded, I'm happy to be proven wrong about the switch being able to handle it. I thought it would be needing to decode at 120fps and only display half of them, but that shows how much I know about the technical aspects of video streaming. I see now that you've tried this on your own fork, does it feel like it helps your input lag in your own testing?

I apologize for the delay in responding.
I'm glad you tried it too! In my fork I only removed the 120p limit, I don't know if that's enough.
In 1080p I got an improvement, but I had to lower the bitrate a lot, while in 720p I had better gains!
I'll try it with overclocking enabled and let you know if there are any further gains.
How were your tests? Did you use my fork or do you have your own?
