Installing app updates on multiple tablets at once

In terms of installing the app updates, we have run in to the issue of needing to close the app on all devices before trying to update the devices around it- when downloading new updates on the app, if more than 2-3 tablets are connected to the MiFi the "install" page wouldn't prompt

Typical app design has synchronization at cold start. If the app were to continuously seek out an upgrade, it could potentially interrupt the user from interacting with the app / device, or worse, data mismatch before lesson completions, or other tasks the app is performing in the background such as telemetry data.

The devices slowing on MiFi or not acquiring the file fast enough is an odd behavior. I'll add additional hooks to see if it's relative to limits imposed by the MiFi in the next revision.
