App logging children out mid session

The app is logging some children out and bringing them to the tablet's home screen in the middle of a level (it happened during data entry, during hypothesis, and while playing the game so I don't see consistency there). When we log back in it brings them back to the beginning of the level. This happened on 4 of 20 tablets in the first group, the second group was still running when I left but it had happened to 3 other students. I am having the staff label the tablets that this is happening on in case it is a tablet issue

We are aware of this issue; we thought we had issued a fix for it but will continue to look into it.

If we could know the tablet's last four ID digits that appears briefly on screen at launch that're having the trouble, I'll be able to see if there's any specific hardware/software correlation.
