Suggestion: Base finder

A nice script that searches in every Server-loaded chunck (not only the client loaded if possible) and searches for any storage/player placed block, and then identifies if it is a base (Player logged out there, there is a bed near it, torches, the form of the space itself can be a base etc) I would be crazy cool.
