Incompatibility with both Simple Clouds and Protomanly's Weather

I have decided to report these bugs in one because I believe they are probably the same bug as both mods use raymarching to render their clouds.
Describe the bug
Clouds do not render in both mods. Simple Clouds' storm fog does render though

To Reproduce
Load into a world with either of these mods (not both) and see that clouds do not appear
