[BUG] Shift Enter sends chat message instead of adding a new line #10386

Describe the bug
RooCodeInc/Roo-Code#10002 introduced Ctrl enter to send

Shift Enter must always insert a new line.

When we have ctrl enter to send enable, from mussle memory I use shift enter sometimes, which sends the chat message instead of inserting a new line.

To Reproduce

• Enable Ctrl enter to send
• use shift enter to insert a new line
• See the chat message being send.

Expected behavior
insert new line

Closing manually because PR #199 merged and fixed this exact Shift+Enter newline bug, but the PR body did not include a GitHub closing keyword, so the issue did not auto-close.
