How to deal with replicates in a time

HI,

Thanks for your wonderful R package "Mfuzz". Howerve, I have a question about the data cluster. Because I have multiple replicates in each time (Time1: rep1, rep2, rep3...), so my question is how to deal with this situation? Can I just calculate the mean values of those replicates in a time? Or, is there any reasonable ways to handle it?
