Allow direct hyperlinks on map

I think it would be useful if it were possible to have clickable areas on the map that link directly of other pages.

Ideally, it would support 3 options:

1. Clicking the link takes you directly to the destination in the same tab/window (this could be useful as a way of implementing multi floor maps until Add support for multiple maps/pages #2 gets implemented).
2. Clicking the link takes you to the destination in a new tab, leaving the map in the previous tab.
3. A notice would pop up asking do you want to go to destination (with title/description telling you where it's taking you), if you accept the new page loads.

If a subset of these options were implemented first, it should be done in a way that allows future options to be specified alter.

I was looking into implementing this while working on #2, so that clicking on a lift would take you directly to the lift on another level, for example. But I hit a few problems:

1. Sometimes you want to also have a description (e.g. "This lift is too small for mobis")
2. Sometimes you want the option to go to multiple places (e.g. "Level 1, Level 2, Level 3")

It felt like a more consistent experience to just put the links in the description instead.

Given the main motivation for this was as a stopgap for #2, and we have a solution for #2, do we think there are still compelling use cases left for this?

I agree if #2 was completed, there would be much less need for this.

I still think it might be useful, but agree it might not be worth the development effort.

I think the current flow is a bit fiddly - you have to click on an area on the map, you have to expand on the description, you have to click the link in the description. For the Gaelcon case above, they have set titles like "Link to First Floor map (in description)" so people would know there's a link.

Two things that might make that make it easier would be either enable areas with links to "auto expand", or to allow link(s) to be placed in the area title.

@bennis1980 made me realize there is still a good use case for things like sponsorship logos.

To that end, I have added a link property to rooms in fe25e12.

This will open example.com in a new tab when the "room" is clicked on the map.
It will also add a link using the title as the link text to the bottom of the details panel description.

This pairs well with the new searchable property added in b9d90c0 that lets you specify that a room shouldn't show up in the room list.

I don't think the other options for internal links are worth doing at this point, especially with #6, so I'm going to close this issue as completed.
