Fix Contrast Issues on Escape Room Homepage in Dark Mode

There are seven contrast errors on the Escape Room homepage, specifically in dark mode:

• h2: "I like puzzles. I would like to play."
• h2: "Our build-your-own rooms."
• link: "following themes"
• h3: "A Baking Bonanza"
• h3: "A Corporate Conundrum"
• email link for the Escape Room

Suggestion: May need to reevaluate the theme colors being used so they are dark mode compatible
