[BUG] TV screen power scheduler

Describe the Bug

I have found my TV (and probably most TV's), switches to standby mode if it does not detect anything on the HDMI input. In may case, after 10 mins it switches to standby and never comes on again without pressing the power button on the remote. So the OHC scheduler correctly turns the screen off, but when OHC turns the screen back on, the TV is already in standby and the screen will not come back on.
I have all the power and energy/screen savers turned off on the TV.

Solution

If possible keep the HDMI port active so the TV does not switch to standby.

No, I have "Enable scheduled display sleep" turned on, The TV screen does turn off correctly but because the TV detects no input, it goes to standby, meaning when OHC turns the output back on, the TV is effectively off. I have to hit the TV power button to take it back out of standby.
