How to use the output from tldr

Hi Team.

Thank you so much for developing this great TE finder, and I do appreciate your hard-working in your publication!

Just a quick question: the output from tldr is a tsv file which is different from the regular VCF file we use, so what downstream analysis tools can I use to fetch the TE results?

Or I have to do it manually (which is fine, just wanna know the details before I put my hands on it)

I am having the exact same issue!
Because I need to annotate the variants, the tsv output file is not usable. can I convert it to a regular vcf file?
