Pending button has div inside button

The spinner is a ProgressBar, which renders div element. Is there any concern with this? It's invalid according W3C markup validator.

I don't think it's much of a concern validator/validator#1332
If you're worried about it, I think you could use the prop, render, to make the button a div, it'll get role=button.
