Firebase/CoreOnly dependency issue for iOS

CocoaPods could not find compatible versions for pod "Firebase/CoreOnly":
In Podfile:
RNFBApp (from ../node_modules/@react-native-firebase/app) was resolved to 13.1.0, which depends on
Firebase/CoreOnly (= 8.10.0)

react-native-firebase-push-notifications (from `../node_modules/react-native-firebase-push-notifications`) was resolved to 1.0.0, which depends on
  Firebase/CoreOnly (~> 7.7.0)

my podfile is empty from any specific configs and rows for firebase or react-native-firebase-push-notifications

Still facing this problem. Have tried deleting podfile.lock and reinstalling pods with repo update. No luck.
Any solution?
