chore(ci): add Claude coded architecture doc validation workflow

Add automated validation of SOFTWARE_ARCHITECTURE.md on PRs to ensure
documentation stays in sync with code changes. Workflow checks for:
- New modules not documented
- Dependency changes in pyproject.toml
- CI/CD workflow modifications
- Architecture pattern changes
- Module structure consistency
