REST doesn't provide state transfers

The module Web.REST links to the WP page for REpresentational State Transfer, but the module doesn't provide any tool to include state transfers in the representations. Shouldn't it be something like Web.CRUD?

Perhaps the link should change. CRUD might be a better name for the module, but the API in this module is commonly referred to as "RESTful" in Web applications.

I'm not sure when this weird trend started, but what is usually called "RESTful" really goes against the core architectural principles of REST... As Haskell tends to be better connected to academia and scientific knowledge, I'd be happy if it's a community where REST means REST.
