Add LICENSE to github.com/alibabacloud-go/alibabacloud-gateway-pop #80

Hi,
unfortunately the Repository github.com/alibabacloud-go/alibabacloud-gateway-pop has no LICENSE file. All projects with dpendencies to this repository get policy violations in Nexus-IQ scans.
Could anybody be so kindly and add the proper LICENSE file to github.com/alibabacloud-go/alibabacloud-gateway-pop ?
