Look into a GPU optimized Zarr package

The ngff-zarr package has support for GPU methods like ITKWASM_GAUSSIAN

I am testing the GPU-based method on the new 8.3.2 vis computer, but also related is updating this for our HPC workflows as well: #67

To get GPU support I had to install the NVIDIA Container Toolkit: https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/cloud-native/container-toolkit/latest/install-guide.html

But then I was running into issues with ITKWASM_GAUSSIAN

Switching to ITK_GAUSSIAN appears to be faster, but I'm not convinced it's using the GPU
