[✨ FEATURE] A spelling/language preference for Australian/British English (en_AU or en_GB) #492

Description

@BirdyOz

Hi, thanks for FluidVoice. I have recently started using it on macOS and it is already looking very promising.

I am based in Australia and normally write using Australian/British English spelling conventions. Native Apple Dictation on my Mac correctly outputs Australian spelling, for example colour, centre, organise, and enrolment.

However, when using FluidVoice, the output appears to revert to US English spelling, EVEN WHEN using Apple Speech as my chosen voice engine. For example color, center, organize, or enrollment.

I could not find a way to provide custom instructions or a language/style preference to Fluid Voice or Fluid Intelligence. Would you consider adding one or more of the following?

  • A spelling/language preference for FluidVoice and/or Fluid Intelligence, such as:
    • English UK
    • English Australia
    • English Canada
  • custom post-processing prompt/instruction field.
  • a way to explicitly select the Apple Speech recognition locale, such as en_AU or en_GB.

Example desired behaviour:
Dictated: Please colourise the centre panel and organise the enrolment behaviour.

Expected Australian/British output:
Please colourise the centre panel and organise the enrolment behaviour. (CORRECT)

Current US-style output:
Please colorize the center panel and organize the enrollment behavior. (INCORRECT)

This would be very helpful for users outside the US, especially where spelling conventions matter in professional writing. Thanks again for the work on FluidVoice. It is a really impressive tool.
