Bug: Progress indicator persists after session has failed #404

🐛 Bug Description
Summary: Progress indicator message persists after session has failed.
Expected Behavior: When my session has failed and I have a message inviting me to restart it, I would expect the UI to halt the progress indicator that is cycling through different messages.
Actual Behavior: The progress indicator continues cycling through messages, indicating that work is ongoing, even though the session is in a Failed state.
