Feature: Clarify the purpose of Workspaces in GUI

Is your feature request related to a problem?
We've received user feedback that the purpose of "workspaces" is currently unclear. This seems fair since our GUI currently doesn't really describe what they are or why users should care.

Describe the solution you'd like
Improved microcopy within our Workspaces list, creation modal, and details pages/tabs that help ground users in the purpose and utility of Workspaces and how they can be used.

Detailed Description:
Make their purpose clearer either via microcopy or clearer IA.

User Experience:
Improve microcopy with better user-oriented description of workspaces' purpose. Something (roughly) along the lines of "Workspaces are collections of context, connections, tools, and workflows. They can be used privately or shared with others."

Primary Use Case:
Everyone will use workspaces in this platform at some point.

User Stories:

• As any kind of user, I need to better understand what the purpose of workspaces are and how I should use them.
