Triage provider-guide drift found by static checker

The static drift checker in #608 found provider-guide drift across docs, sample links, and connector metadata.

This issue tracks the remaining follow-up work. Some findings are docs fixes, while others need connector/catalog changes, product decisions, or validated samples.

Current status

• scripts(drift-check): add v1 static detector for provider guides #608 adds the drift-check detector.
• Recent fixes: fix(zendeskSupport): correct sample manifest URL #610, fix(monday): document API key auth setup (not OAuth) #612, fix(proxy-actions): clarify x-amp-project-id header requires UUID #613, docs(flatfile): add 'Create a secret key' section with API-key creation GIF #614, fix(flatfile): rename filatfile/amp.yml to flatfile/amp.yaml to match docs link samples#132, feat(fourfour): add read + proxy sample samples#138, and docs: add Gusto sample manifest samples#140.
• Monday Write support is tracked in fix(monday): mark write support enabled connectors#3036.
• Greenhouse Job Board should be removed from docs until the connector is shipped and proxy is runtime-verified.

• aws: docs claim Write Actions, but metadata reports support.write: false. Needs runtime validation or a product decision.
• greenhouseJobBoard: docs claim Proxy Actions, but metadata reports proxy: false. Connector source says it is not shipping yet, and a live proxy check failed before provider forwarding.
